Last week i discovered a possible hole in our company’s ticketing program which i’m going to test now… See if i can pretend to be someone else and get a ticket created in the system on their behalf… The person who’s identity i am assuming is aware that this is happening. We just need to test the idea and see if it’s true… Yeehaa there goes the neighborhood if my hunch is true.

F.y.i. the hole is not a bug in the software but a setting left open by whoever configured the software here so let’s not go bashing on the ticketing software or it’s vendor…
