KnowBe4 Opens Nominations for First Annual Sharky Awards

KnowBe4, the provider of the world’s largest security awareness training and simulated phishing platform, today announced it has opened nominations for its first annual Sharky Awards, which will recognize organizations and individuals for excellence in security awareness training.

The Sharkies will honor organizations and cybersecurity professionals who have gone above and beyond in the area of security awareness training. Nominees will be categorized into one of two sections, partners or customers. The award categories include:

  • Best Landing Page
  • Best Security Awareness Plan
  • Best User Story
  • Best Phishing Template
  • Best Phishing Campaign
  • Top Product Advocate
  • Most Valuable Partner

“We wanted a way to recognize organizations and individuals who are doing really cool things for their security awareness training programs,” said Stu Sjouwerman, CEO, KnowBe4. “The Sharkies present the perfect opportunity to spotlight the effort that goes into securing an organization. The theme of the Sharky Awards goes along with our simulated phishing offerings. I look forward to congratulating the winners in Orlando.”

Only those registered to attend KB4-Con are eligible to receive a Sharky. The Sharkies will be awarded the evening of May 9 at KnowBe4’s KB4-Con user conference in Orlando. Nominations will close May 2.
