Policy for Nepitism

We have recently had many summer employees come in who are related to individuals who are higher up in the organization and end up working indirectly for their parent. Example:

Summer Helper Bob Sander works for Jill Doe-Supervisor
Jill Doe Supervisor works for William Sander - Manager

So in a sense it goes William Sander>Jill Doe>Bob Sander

Does anyone have a policy or best practice document or something other than “against ethics” mentality that I could use? Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.
